Job Summary The Visa Executive is responsible for managing and processing all aspects of visa applications ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations The role involves liaising with embassies consulates clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely visa approvals Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end visa application processes for tourist business work student and transit visas Coordinate with clients employees or applicants to gather required documents Review visa documentation for completeness accuracy and compliance with embassy consulate requirements Schedule visa appointments and submit applications to embassies or consulates Follow up with embassies and consulates on application statuses Provide timely updates and communication to clients applicants regarding visa status Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and approvals Stay updated on changes in immigration and visa rules and regulations Assist with passport renewals travel insurance and other travel-related documentation if required Build and maintain relationships with embassies consulates and travel partners Manage urgent or last-minute visa requests professionally and efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Education Master s Preferred Experience Visa filing 2 years Required Language English Preferred Location Anna Nagar Madurai Tamil Nadu Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Work Location In person
