About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head Lead Manager - Projects Facility Management to oversee hospital infrastructure projects facility management and government liaison activities This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of projects compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining operational excellence across hospital units Key Responsibilities A Project Oversight Execution Monitor and support infrastructure projects including renovations expansions and recent installations Review project proposals budgets and timelines submitted by hospital units Track progress ensure adherence to quality standards and escalate delays issues to senior management Prepare consolidated project updates and dashboards for leadership review B Facility Management Oversee facility management across hospital units through functional coordination Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are implemented effectively Standardize facility protocols and vendor management practices across all locations Consolidate facility performance metrics and compliance reports for leadership review C Government Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities regarding hospital infrastructure and operations Support Head - Operations Group in securing approvals renewals and statutory clearances for projects Maintain strong working relationships with municipal health and environmental departments Ensure timely submission of reports applications and compliance documentation Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering Facility Management or related field Master s preferred 7 years of experience in infrastructure project management or facility operations preferably in healthcare Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and government liaison processes Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suit What We Offer Opportunity to work on impactful healthcare infrastructure projects Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or send their resume to careers hvshospitals in email OR visit our Careers page on website www hvshospitals com Job Type Full-time Pay From 850 000 00 per year Application Question s What is your current CTC notice period expected CTC How soon you can join us Do you have experience of Projects role with a Hospital Work Location In person
