About the Role Kappsoft Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Chennai The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs that support our marketing branding and product communication needs You will collaborate closely with the content marketing and product teams to produce high-quality creative assets Key Responsibilities Create engaging designs for social media posts digital campaigns ads presentations website assets and other marketing materials Develop brand-consistent visuals illustrations layouts and templates Collaborate with content writers social media strategists and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging Produce both static and motion graphic content as required Support UI UX team by designing icons mockups and UI elements when needed Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines Stay updated with design trends tools and best practices Prepare final artwork files for production or online publishing Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a digital-first environment Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus Ability to create both static and motion graphics Strong understanding of typography color theory layout and visual hierarchy Experience with social media design brand guidelines and marketing creatives Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Preferred Skills Experience with UI UX tools Figma Sketch Adobe XD Basic video editing and animation capabilities Knowledge of digital marketing design requirements Meta Google Ads etc Ability to illustrate custom graphics is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Application Question s how many years of relevant experience do you have What is your current salary what are your salary expectations When is your notice period Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Preferred
