Job Title Store Incharge Responsibilities - Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials Ensure physical verification of stock and match with system entries Conduct regular stock audits and prepare stock reports Material Receipt Inspection Verify quantity and quality of materials received from vendors Ensure proper documentation GRN delivery challans invoices is maintained Report any discrepancies or damaged materials to procurement site management Material Issuance Tracking Issue materials to various departments and site teams as per requisition slips Maintain proper records of material usage to avoid pilferage or misuse Track returnable items like tools equipment and formwork Coordination Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of stock Liaise with vendors transporters and project managers for efficient logistics Ensure timely submission of consumption and stock reports to management Store Maintenance Safety Ensure proper stacking labeling and categorization of materials Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area Implement best practices in handling construction materials e g cement steel fittings plumbing materials Documentation Reporting Maintain ledgers registers and digital inventory records Prepare MIS reports on material movement usage and balance stock Ensure all entries are timely and compliant with company policy Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of construction materials and tools Inventory and stock management expertise Working knowledge of MS Excel ERP systems or store management software Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy Good communication and vendor coordination skills Ability to work in a quick-paced project site environment Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
