We are looking for a CNC Turning VMC Operators either fresher or experienced to join our manufacturing team The selected candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines ensuring precision and quality in production Training will be provided for freshers at no cost while experienced candidates will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and enhance production efficiency We also provide training to help employees improve their ability to read and interpret technical drawings and as they gain experience they will develop advanced machine setup and adjustment skills Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines including lathes millings to produce parts per drawings Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools gauges Select and install appropriate tools attachments and materials Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company policies and guidelines Collaborate with engineers and quality control personnel to improve production processes Qualifications Skills 10th or 12th pass ITI or diploma certification is a plus Freshers with a willingness to learn and a mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply Experience operating CNC machines is a plus but not mandatory for freshers Basic knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus but not mandatory for freshers Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and gauges Training will be provided for freshers Understanding of safety procedures and quality control standards Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
