Visit customer sites to troubleshoot issues and resolve product-related problems Handle calls related to customer complaints provide quick solutions and maintain service quality Assist the Sales Team with technical queries related to all Omicron products HVAC BMS Sensors Transmitters Controllers etc Perform site support and service of sensors transmitters controllers and HVAC and BMS products Maintain proper records of all repaired transmitters including serial numbers issues found and actions taken Perform calibration of HVAC instruments and Omicron products such as temperature sensors humidity sensors CO sensors pressure transmitters airflow devices etc Prepare service reports calibration reports and test certificates as per company standards Ensure calibration is done as per SOPs accuracy guidelines and quality norms Skills Qualifications Diploma BE in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or similar field Experience in HVAC and BMS Service calibration and instrument handling preferred Knowledge of sensors transmitters controllers and related equipment Good communication and customer-handling skills Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple assignments Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience in calibrating BMS HVAC products What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC What is your notice period Education Diploma Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
