Key Responsibilities Plan organize and manage daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and quality standards Monitor production performance analyze bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency Ensure optimum utilization of manpower machines and materials Coordinate with Quality Maintenance and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow Implement Lean Manufacturing 5S and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance Track production KPIs OEE yield downtime rejection rate and submit periodic reports to management Manage and mentor production supervisors operators and shift in-charges Drive continuous improvement for cost reduction and process optimization Required Qualifications Skills Experience in production management preferably in precision machining manufacturing Strong knowledge of CNC precision machining processes Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in production planning tools ERP systems and quality standards ISO TS etc Ability to manage a high-performance production environment Key Competencies Leadership team management Decision-making problem-solving Process improvement mindset Time management planning Safety and quality orientation Job Type Full time Pay 1 500 000 00 - 1 800 000 00 per year Experience Production activities 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
