Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales floor Maintain product display stock arrangement and visual merchandising standards Monitor cleanliness safety and overall floor discipline Greet and assist customers ensuring an excellent shopping experience Resolve customer queries issues and complaints immediately Drive sales through team motivation and customer engagement Ensure upselling and cross-selling by the sales team Manage supervise and schedule sales staff Assign daily targets and review staff performance Conduct on-floor training for new and existing employees Coordinate with the warehouse inward team for stock availability Maintain accurate stock records on the floor Report rapid-moving slow-moving and out-of-stock items Coordinate with the Sales Head Purchase Team and Management Prepare daily sales reports and staff attendance updates Communicate customer feedback and issue reports to management Candidate must be from textile background - weaving dying and embrodiery process exposure Timing is 9 30 to 8 00 Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience textiles 3 years Required Work Location In person
