Job Title Academic Incharge About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Academic Incharge to oversee the academic operations of Dream India School Uluberia The role requires a passionate educator who can guide teachers monitor academic quality implement curriculum plans and ensure smooth functioning of all academic activities The Academic Incharge will play a key role in maintaining educational standards and supporting the overall growth of students and teachers Key Responsibilities Plan supervise and implement the academic calendar and daily school activities Monitor lesson planning teaching quality and adherence to curriculum guidelines Provide leadership and support to teachers including training and mentoring Conduct classroom observations and ensure effective teaching methodologies Coordinate exams assessments and result preparation Maintain discipline punctuality and a positive learning environment Conduct meetings with parents teachers and management as needed Ensure proper academic documentation reports and record-keeping Identify areas of improvement and implement academic development strategies Collaborate with the school management for policy implementation and school growth Qualifications Requirements Master s in any subject with B ED preferred Minimum 5-10 years of teaching or academic coordination experience Strong communication leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage a team of teachers and handle academic responsibilities independently Good command over English and basic computer knowledge MS Office Familiarity with CBSE ICSE will be an added advantage Ability to multitask and work under pressure when required A positive attitude dedication and commitment toward school development Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
