Position General Manager - Aluminium Doors Windows Location Calicut Kozhikode Kerala Industry Aluminium Fabrication Doors Windows Experience Minimum 12 years Role Summary The General Manager will be responsible for overall operations production sales coordination project execution quality control and profitability of the aluminium doors and windows division The role requires strong leadership deep technical knowledge of aluminium systems and hands-on experience managing teams and large projects Key Responsibilities Operations Production Oversee end-to-end operations of aluminium doors and windows manufacturing and installation Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects Ensure optimal use of manpower machinery and materials Maintain strict quality control standards for fabrication and installation Project Management Manage residential commercial and large-scale project executions Coordinate with site engineers architects contractors and clients Monitor project costs timelines and execution quality Resolve site-level technical and operational issues efficiently Sales Business Development Support Support sales team with technical inputs costing and feasibility Review BOQs drawings and specifications Assist in pricing strategy and margin control Build and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors Team Leadership Lead and manage production site and administrative teams Recruit train and mentor engineers supervisors and technicians Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews Ensure discipline safety and productivity across teams Financial Administrative Control Monitor budgets costs and profitability Control wastage and improve operational efficiency Coordinate with accounts for billing collections and vendor payments Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 10 years of proven experience in aluminium doors and windows industry Strong technical knowledge of aluminium systems sliding casement curtain wall facade etc Experience in managing fabrication units and site installations Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience in Kerala or South India market preferred Key Skills Aluminium fabrication installation Project operations management Team leadership Cost control budgeting Quality assurance Client vendor coordination Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Work Location In person
