Job Summary We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to manage and oversee daily dispatch operations ensuring timely accurate and cost-effective delivery of goods The role involves coordination with production warehouse logistics partners and customers Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily dispatch schedules Ensure accurate packing labelling and documentation of materials Coordinate with warehouse production and transport teams Verify dispatch documents such as invoices delivery challans e-way bills and LR Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries Handle dispatch-related issues delays and customer escalations Maintain dispatch records and daily MIS reports Ensure compliance with safety quality and company procedures Supervise and guide dispatch staff and loaders Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain or related field preferred 3 years of experience in dispatch logistics or warehouse operations Knowledge of dispatch documentation and GST-related processes Familiarity with ERP inventory management systems Valuable coordination communication and team-handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines Preferred Additional Skills Experience in manufacturing or FMCG logistics Knowledge of transport vendor management Basic computer skills Excel email MIS reporting Understanding of safety and compliance standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Work Location In person
