Position Summary The Resident Medical Officer RMO is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients assisting consultants during rounds and procedures and ensuring smooth clinical operations in maternity pediatric and NICU ICU areas Key Roles Responsibilities Provide immediate medical attention to patients in wards labor room NICU PICU and emergency areas Conduct patient assessment monitor vitals and document clinical findings accurately Assist gynecologists pediatricians and consultants during rounds procedures and deliveries Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate treatment until the consultant arrives Ensure proper administration of medications IV fluids and other treatments as per doctor s orders Maintain updated patient records progress notes and handover reports during shift changes Coordinate with nursing staff laboratory radiology and other departments for timely investigations and patient care Check and ensure availability of emergency drugs equipment and supplies in duty areas Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans precautions and discharge instructions Assist in admitting and discharging patients ensuring completeness of documentation Ensure infection control practices and hospital protocols are strictly followed Handle medico-legal cases if any as per hospital policy Participate in quality improvement activities and audits as required Qualifications Requirements BAMS BHMS degree from a recognized institution Valid medical registration Experience in obstetrics gynecology pediatrics or emergency care preferred Strong clinical judgement communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends How to Apply Call (phone hidden) Email hr nimaihospitals com Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
