Job description Department HVAC Maintenance Supervisor Reports To Manager Job Overview The A C Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems This role ensures that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively in accordance with company standards safety regulations and environmental guidelines The A C Supervisor will manage a team of technicians provide guidance and training and ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems Plan and schedule regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and prevent breakdowns Conduct site assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of the systems and ensure proper installation or upgrades Diagnose issues with A C systems and lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve malfunctions Oversee inventory management of parts and tools required for installations repairs and maintenance Maintain and update detailed records of all work orders including repairs maintenance logs and system performance Ensure that all work complies with local building codes safety standards and environmental regulations Provide technical support to staff and clients answering questions and offering solutions for complex HVAC issues Train and mentor HVAC technicians on new technologies safety protocols and industry best practices Assist in the development and implementation of energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives within the department Manage client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns related to HVAC systems Skills Qualifications Proven experience as an A C technician with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an HVAC workplace Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems including installation troubleshooting and repair In-depth understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the HVAC industry Ability to manage a team delegate tasks and provide clear instructions Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills High school diploma or equivalent technical certification or associate degree in HVAC or a related field preferred Valid driver s license may be required to visit different job sites Working Conditions May require work during off-hours or weekends depending on maintenance schedules or emergencies Physical demands may include lifting heavy equipment working in tight spaces and being exposed to various environmental conditions heat cold etc Posted at Compensation ESI PF Included Benefits Paid time off Schedule Day shift Education Diploma Required Experience Service technician 5 years Required Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
