Job description Job Summary The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to completion managing project teams coordinating with clients and consultants and ensuring that all architectural deliverables meet design intent quality and project timelines Key Responsibilities Design Development Lead conceptual and detailed design stages for residential commercial and institutional projects Prepare presentations drawings and design documentation in line with client briefs Review and refine design concepts for functionality aesthetics and feasibility Project Coordination Coordinate with structural MEP and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements Liaise with clients consultants and contractors to resolve design and site-related issues Review drawings BOQs and ensure compliance with local codes and standards Team Leadership Guide and mentor junior architects designers and interns throughout the design process Delegate tasks and ensure design deliverables are completed on time and within standards Documentation Compliance Oversee preparation of working drawings GFCs and as-built drawings Ensure design approvals from local authorities and adherence to statutory regulations Site Coordination Quality Checks Conduct regular site visits to monitor design execution and quality Provide technical solutions to site-related challenges and ensure design intent is maintained Client Interaction Attend client meetings present design proposals and incorporate feedback effectively Maintain positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture B Arch M Arch 5-9years of experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a senior lead role Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Photoshop and MS Office Solid design sense detailing skills and project management ability Excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of building codes materials and construction processes Additional Notes You may be required to work additional hours to meet project deadlines Frequent site visits are required to monitor design execution and progress Job Type Full-time Pay 417 762 36 - 1 967 316 95 per year Work Location In person
