Position Procurement Manager - Commercial Interior C I Fitout Projects Location Bangalore Experience 3-5 years in C I or commercial real estate fitout projects Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for interior and fitout packages civil architectural finishes furniture finishes etc Float tenders manage vendor communications conduct bid evaluations and prepare commercial comparatives Lead negotiations for pricing payment terms delivery schedules and contract terms Coordinate with design project management and finance teams to finalize vendors and issue purchase work orders Maintain and update the approved vendor list conduct vendor assessment and performance tracking Ensure timely procurement to align with project schedules and budget targets Monitor procurement KPIs including cost savings vendor compliance and quality benchmarks Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering BE - Civil MBA in Supply Chain Operations Project Management preferred Key Skills Solid commercial negotiation and vendor management skills Good understanding of BOQs fitout specifications and tender documentation Familiarity with D B project workflows Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
