The Packaging Material Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing negotiating and managing the procurement of packaging materials required for production The role ensures cost-effective timely and high-quality procurement aligned with production and business needs while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with quality and sustainability standards Key Responsibilities Identify and source packaging materials e g bottles cartons labels films foils as per production requirements Collaborate with production quality assurance R D and warehouse teams to forecast material needs Maintain and update procurement records including purchase orders invoices and supplier performance reports Ensure packaging materials meet regulatory environmental and sustainability standards Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery and inventory management Participate in supplier audits and evaluations Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process Qualifications Requirements 2-5 years of experience in Packaging Stores in FMCG company preferably in packaging materials Solid knowledge of packaging materials used in Beauty Personal Care FMCG Food Beverage Pharma etc Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems e g SAP Oracle Strong organizational and time management abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 10 219 36 - 34 623 49 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Turbhe Khurd Navi Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Packaging Material Stores in FMCG Company 1 year Required Work Location In person
