Job Title Assistant General Manager - Civil Pipeline Projects Company DIVA Projects Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Job Type Full time Senior Leadership Role About Us DIVA Projects is a leading construction and infrastructure company with expertise in residential commercial warehousing industrial and pipeline projects As part of our continued growth we are seeking a highly experienced Assistant General Manager AGM with a remarkable track record of 50 years in the civil and pipeline sector to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for civil and pipeline projects ensuring quality safety and timely delivery Manage end-to-end project execution budgeting resource allocation and contract compliance Guide senior engineers project managers and site teams in achieving project goals Oversee BOQs billing procurement and financial planning for large-scale works Liaise with clients consultants vendors and government authorities for smooth coordination Ensure compliance with IS standards statutory approvals and safety regulations Conduct project reviews risk assessments and implement corrective measures Mentor and groom the next line of leadership within the company Requirements B E M E in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 50 years of proven experience in civil construction pipeline infrastructure and large-scale project delivery Extensive knowledge of project management contracts billing and execution strategies Proven leadership in handling residential commercial industrial warehousing and pipeline works Strong communication negotiation and people management skills Ability to provide both technical and strategic direction to teams Salary Attractive senior leadership package commensurate with expertise Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
