Job Title Site supervisor Location 50 metres from Amirthakadeeswarar main Thirukadaiyur temple Experience 3 years of experience in the construction industry Education Diploma or bachelor s degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field Key responsibilities Supervision of on-site activities Monitor day-to-day work to ensure it aligns with the project plan and schedule Workforce management Assign tasks to construction workers and subcontractors manage work schedules and ensure they meet deadlines Quality control Perform regular site inspections to ensure the project meets all design safety and budget specifications Take corrective action when necessary Resource management Control and track the use of materials equipment and personnel to minimize waste and maximize efficiency This also involves ordering materials and scheduling equipment maintenance Communication and reporting Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams project managers and other stakeholders such as clients architects and engineers Prepare and distribute daily weekly or monthly progress reports Problem-solving Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site such as delays or resource shortages in a quick and effective manner Qualifications Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members suppliers and other stakeholders Technical knowledge A solid understanding of construction methods materials equipment and safety regulations The ability to read and interpret blueprints is also essential Problem-solving Solid analytical and creative thinking to handle unexpected challenges that may arise Time management The ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience 3 years of experience in the construction industry Education Diploma or bachelor s degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
