1 Purpose To manage and oversee all accounting and financial functions of the company The role includes bookkeeping statutory compliance salary disbursement taxation vendor customer reconciliations and financial reporting ensuring accuracy compliance and timely decision support for management 2 Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory requirements and company policies Oversee day-to-day accounting operations such as expenses payments and receipts Ensure timely billing GST compliance TDS deductions and filing of returns Monitor daily cash flow bank reconciliations and petty cash handling across all stores Manage vendor and customer account reconciliations Oversee salary disbursement and statutory compliances payment PF ESIC Professional Tax etc Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities for audits and compliance Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management Monitor inventory accounting stock reconciliations and shrinkage reporting in coordination with the stores and warehouse Implement internal financial controls and ensure adherence to SOPs Support management in budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives Train and supervise the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate work delivery Knowledge Criteria Education - B Com M Com CA Inter Experience - 6-8 years of accounting experience preferably in retail FMCG sector Technical Skills - Knowledge of Tally ERP any ERP system GST TDS IT Skills - MS Word MS Excel Email Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
