We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize design and execute interior spaces for our restaurants lounges recreational centers and hospitality projects The ideal candidate should be passionate about design brand aesthetics and spatial functionality while being able to work within timelines and budgets Key Responsibilities Understand project requirements and develop interior design concepts aligned with brand identity Create mood boards space plans 2D drawings and 3D visualizations renderings Select and specify materials furnishings lighting color palettes and finishes Coordinate with architects project managers vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work Prepare BOQs Bill of Quantities cost estimates and manage design budgets Stay updated on industry trends materials and innovative interior solutions Maintain documentation and ensure timely delivery of design presentations and approvals Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field 3-5 years of experience in interior design preferably in hospitality F B or retail sectors Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Photoshop and MS Office Strong knowledge of materials finishes lighting and spatial planning Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams Solid communication presentation and project coordination skills A keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sensibility Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 32 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Interior design 3 years Required Work Location In person
