Job description Job Title IT Recruiter Technical Recruiter Recruitment consultant Important Note This is NOT an HR Generalist HR Operations role Please do not apply if you have experience only in HR functions such as payroll employee engagement or operations This is a pure recruitment role focused on IT hiring Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles This role involves sourcing screening and coordinating interviews with qualified IT candidates across domains such as software development infrastructure cybersecurity and data science Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements team goals and candidate profiles Draft and post job descriptions on job portals company career page and social media platforms Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and internal databases Review resumes shortlist candidates and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System ATS with candidate information and hiring activity Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring teams and candidates Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience Proven experience as an IT Technical Recruiter in an agency or corporate environment Strong understanding of IT and technical roles tools and technologies Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Indeed and ATS systems e g Workday Greenhouse Zoho Recruit Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 300 000 00 per year Application Question s What s your current CTC What s your expected CTC What s your current location What s your NP Are you an immediate joiner Total exp into IT recruitment Work Location In person
