Review various process across the organization to identify Compliance Issues Conduct Root cause analysis of the Compliance Identified Issues manage the Compliance Self Assessments Issue Management program Guide Business teams on the type of controls that can help mitigate the identified risks gaps Spread culture of compliance through awareness campaigns interactions and trainings Create review and develop SOPs documentation on Compliance activities Collect clean analyze large data sets to identify trends patterns insights Prepare detailed reports visual presentations that summarize findings provide actionable recommendations Develop Dashboards reports using tools like Power BI Tableau to monitor business performance Assist in preparation of presentations for management translating complex data into clear concise insights Provide support for data related inquiries ad-hoc analyses Required Skills qualifications Bachelor s degree in accounting finance business or related field Master s degree preferred Understanding of Compliance risks issues 4 years of relevant experience in managing compliance risk issues Proven experience in data analysis preferably in a business or corporate environment Robust proficiency in Excel including advanced functions pivot tables etc Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar Understanding of data management reporting best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail ability to work with large volume of data Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines
