Job description Position JR Recruiter Experience 1 to 2 years Industry Placement Consulting Firm Location Kudasan Gandhinagar About the Role Company As a Junior Recruiter within a Prodigy placement consulting firm you ll be pivotal in bridging job seekers with companies seeking the right talent You ll collaborate closely with senior recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and deliver quality placements that meet client expectations across diverse industries from IT to finance Key Responsibilities Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs and deliver candidate solutions Develop and publish job postings across platforms like job boards and social media Source screen and assess prospective candidates via resume reviews and initial interviews Maintain and update databases and applicant tracking systems Support interview coordination and logistics including scheduling and feedback collection Conduct reference or background checks as part of due diligence Facilitate a smooth candidate experience through clear communication and regular updates Assist senior team members in closing placements and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates Occasionally help in marketing and business development activities from cold calls to lead generation Job Type Full time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
