Timings 06 30 PM - 04 30 AM US Shift Working Days Monday - Friday Location Andheri East Soon relocating to Lower Parel Visual Citi Your Partner in Bringing Concepts to Life We are full-service signage printing and fabrication company with a 100 000 square ft production facility and over 100 employees Established in 2004 the scalable organisation delivers exceptional value through in-house graphic design expert fabrication and state-of-the-art machinery continuously improving processes and using robotic automation to meet urgent deadlines with a wide range of high-quality visual products and displays Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator L2 L3 to manage and support our IT infrastructure with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting hardware software and networking issues The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling advanced desktop support networking and vendor management ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms and technologies Key Responsibilities Provide L2 L3 support for desktop-related incidents including software hardware and networking issues Install configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops printers and other peripheral devices Perform hardware and software upgrades patches and updates Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions in Google Suite Monitor and manage network components including firewalls and Network Attached Storage NAS Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced network issues including TCP IP DNS DHCP and VPN connectivity Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement warranty services and technical support Ensure compliance with company policies for system integrity network security and data backup Maintain detailed documentation of support activities configurations and troubleshooting steps Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers in the team Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field 5 years of experience in IT Administrator desktop engineering or IT support roles including L2 L3 support Industry certifications such as CompTIA A Network CCNA or equivalent Solid knowledge of networking protocols TCP IP DNS DHCP and firewall configurations Expertise in hardware installation upgrades and troubleshooting Familiarity with vendor management for hardware procurement and support Proficiency in Google Suite for user management and operations Experience with network storage solutions NAS and backup procedures Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues at both desktop and network levels Excellent communication in English and time management skills with adaptability to fast-paced environments and strong ethical conduct We provide a dynamic IT setting with opportunities for skill development and high-impact projects If you re passionate about technology and infrastructure and possess solid technical expertise please send your resume to recruitment visualciti com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
