Position Freelance Legal Executive Organization Access Architects About Us Access Architects is a well-established architectural design firm known for its innovative and sustainable approach We deliver residential commercial institutional and hospitality projects Role Overview We are looking for an experienced freelance Legal Executive to provide on-demand legal support for our projects and business operations This is a flexible project-based engagement rather than a full-time in-house role Key Responsibilities Draft review and negotiate contracts client agreements vendor contracts MOUs NDAs lease agreements on an as-needed basis Ensure compliance with real estate construction and corporate laws applicable to the firm Support contract management maintain proper records renewals and amendments Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions partnerships and business transactions Provide dispute-resolution support and liaise with external counsel when necessary Research property laws zoning regulations building codes and other legal developments affecting our projects Assist in intellectual property protection trademarks copyrights design rights Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance matters Advise HR and management on employment-law issues and legal policies And other tasks assigned by the Boss related to legal Desired Profile Bachelor s degree in Law LLB from a recognized university 3-5 years experience providing legal services in real estate construction or architectural sectors Strong knowledge of contract law real estate law corporate law and IP rights Ability to work independently manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines on a freelance remote basis Engagement Model Compensation Project-based hourly retainer arrangement as mutually agreed Remote work with occasional on-site meetings in Mumbai Dadar West Fees Depends on the interview performance Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
