Position Intern - Application Engineering Duration 1 Year Main objectives Create General Arrangement GA drawings for valve and actuator assemblies The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical drafting proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of valve actuator and piping system components This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and high-quality engineering drawings that support manufacturing sales and project execution Main tasks Develop GA drawings for valve and actuator assemblies in compliance with project and industry standards Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software e g AutoCAD SolidWorks Inventor Interpret customer specifications datasheets and technical documents to generate accurate drawings Collaborate with engineers project managers and sales teams to ensure designs meet functional requirements Maintain drawing revisions and documentation according to company standards and ISO procedures Work closely with the assembly team to ensure feasibility and ease of fabrication Assist in developing Bill of Materials BOM and other technical documentation Ensure all drawings comply with ASME ANSI API and other relevant industry standards Support quality control and troubleshooting efforts by providing updated drawings as needed Competences Software Proficiency Strong skills in AutoCAD SolidWorks Inventor or similar CAD software Knowledge of Industry Standards Familiarity with API 6D ASME B16 34 ISO 5211 and other relevant valve actuator standards Technical Skills Understanding of mechanical components such as flanges couplings and mounting brackets Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings schematics and P IDs Basic knowledge of GD T Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Attention to Detail Ability to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings Communication Collaboration Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with engineers and project teams Time Management Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Experience in the valve automation industry Exposure to 3D modeling and rendering for technical presentations Familiarity with ERP systems and document management tools Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
