Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design project management and business development This role involves leading design projects from conception through completion ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations The Senior Architect will collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to deliver innovative and functional designs that enhance the built workplace Duties Lead the architectural design process for various projects including residential commercial and institutional buildings Renovate existing structures while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and presentation purposes Develop project budgets and manage financial aspects to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and foster client relationships Prepare and review contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure clarity and compliance Oversee project management tasks coordinating with construction management teams to ensure timely project delivery Collaborate with interior design teams to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces Skills Proficiency in architectural design software including Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of budgeting principles related to architectural projects Excellent business development skills with a proven track record of securing new clients In-depth knowledge of contract negotiation and management processes Exceptional project management abilities capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously Experience in drafting detailed architectural plans and specifications Background in construction management practices to oversee on-site activities effectively Creative mindset with a passion for interior design that enhances user experience within spaces Join us in shaping innovative spaces that inspire communities Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 700 000 00 per year Work Location On the road
