Position Title Production Executive Location MIDC Mumbai Reports To Production Manager Job Summary The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure that food products are produced efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards This role involves managing production schedules supervising staff and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning and Scheduling Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and customer demands Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate any disruptions or changes in demand 2 Quality Control and Assurance Ensure that all products meet the company s quality standards and comply with industry regulations Conduct regular inspections and quality control tests on raw materials in-process products and finished goods Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards 3 Supervision and Team Management Supervise production staff providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations Conduct training sessions for current employees and ongoing training for existing staff on production processes and safety protocols Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among production staff 4 Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety standards e g HACCP ISO FDA FSSAI Implement and maintain good manufacturing practices GMP and standard operating procedures SOPs Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards 5 Process Optimization Identify opportunities for improving production processes and increasing efficiency Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production operations Collaborate with the R D team to develop and test new products and production techniques 6 Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs 7 Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities including production volumes quality control results and equipment maintenance Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance highlighting any issues or areas for improvement Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all production batches Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
