Position HR Operation Executive Company Biskitos Foods Private Limited Location Dhuliyan Murshidabad West Bengal Experience 2-3 yrs preferred Salary Range 25000 - 35000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive from the Food Manufacturing Bakery industry to manage day-to-day HR activities and support smooth business operations The ideal candidate will handle recruitment employee management payroll compliance and operational coordination to ensure efficiency in the workplace Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviews onboarding Maintain employee records HR databases and documentation Handle attendance leave management and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with labour laws PF ESI statutory requirements Support in drafting and implementing HR policies procedures Coordinate with management for daily operations administrative tasks Vendor office management ensuring smooth operational workflow Support in training development programs performance evaluations Assist in employee engagement grievance handling and disciplinary actions Oversee office supplies logistics and facility management Support in other operational work Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field 2-5 years of experience in HR and Operations role Mandatory industry experience Food manufacturing Bakery industry Robust knowledge of HR practices payroll compliance and labour laws Excellent communication interpersonal and people management skills Proficient in MS Office HR software and reporting tools Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage day-to-day operations Male candidates preferred due to local operational requirements Benefits Competitive salary 25 000 - 40 000 per month Career growth opportunities Exposure to end-to-end HR and Operations management Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
