Job Title Talent Acquisition Specialist About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships coordinating with hiring managers sourcing potential candidates and leading employer branding initiatives to create a smooth and engaging experience Responsibilities Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria and assess candidate information Source potential candidates through online channels Engage with companies and onboard them onto our paid plans Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and in-person interviews Assess candidate information Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements Lead employer branding initiatives Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Qualifications Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist IT Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with job portals resume databases and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations Job Type Full time Pay 200 000 00 - 350 000 00 per year Application Question s What was your last CTC in LPA Experience Recruiting 1 year Preferred Location Pimpri Pune Maharashtra Preferred Work Location In person
