Job Summary As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the cleaning activities for assigned areas You will ensure that all housekeeping operations meet the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency Your role will involve supervising training and motivating a team of housekeepers inspecting rooms and public areas and ensuring adherence to all safety and sanitation policies Responsibilities Supervision and Leadership Directly supervise and coordinate the work activities of housekeeping staff Train new employees in housekeeping procedures and safety standards Motivate team members and create a positive work environment Cleaning and Inspection Inspect rooms common areas and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness standards Ensure proper cleaning techniques are used and equipment is maintained Address any deficiencies promptly and take corrective action Inventory and Ordering Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Place orders for housekeeping supplies as needed Control expenses and minimize waste within the department Safety and Compliance Enforce safety standards and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Customer Service Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns Coordinate with other departments to meet guests needs and resolve issues Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of inspections repairs and cleanliness levels Prepare reports and communicate with management as needed Requirements Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting Excellent knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products techniques and methods Robust leadership organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in hospitality management is a plus Experience 2 to 5years Job Type Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
