Key Responsibilities Quality Management System Develop implement and maintain a comprehensive QMS ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 9001 or IATF Quality Control Supervise all quality control activities including raw material testing in-process inspections and final product verification Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends analyzing defects and leading Kaizen teams to enhance processes and reduce waste Problem-Solving Lead the investigation of non-conformances conduct root cause analysis and ensure the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions CAPA Customer Focus Manage customer complaints perform root cause analysis e g 8D reports and ensure customer quality requirements are consistently met Audits Lead and manage internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Team Leadership Recruit train and develop the quality team providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met Reporting Prepare and present quality reports analysis of quality indicators KPIs and scrap data to senior management Qualifications and Skills Education A Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical or a related technical field is typically required Experience Extensive hands-on quality management experience in the sheet metal or automotive component sector is crucial Quality Tools Systems Strong knowledge of 7 QC tools 5 Core Quality Tools APQP PPAP FMEA MSA and SPC is essential Standards Audits Proven experience with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and or IATF TS including managing customer and internal audits Technical Skills Deep understanding of sheet metal parts production and associated quality control processes Leadership Soft Skills Excellent leadership team management problem-solving analytical and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
