Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents about UPSC MPSC courses study programs and admission process Handle walk-in inquiries at the centre and convert them into admissions Conduct cold calling follow-ups and lead conversions through phone and online sources Maintain records of student inquiries interactions and admissions in CRM Excel Explain features of our offline and online programs effectively to students Build strong rapport with aspirants to guide them in choosing the right preparation strategy Achieve admission targets set by the management Assist in admission-related events seminars and workshops conducted at the centre Requirements Graduate in any discipline Education background preferred Positive knowledge of UPSC MPSC exam patterns stages and preparation methods Excellent communication interpersonal skills Marathi Hindi and English Prior experience in counselling admissions tele-calling will be an added advantage Goal-oriented proactive and able to work under minimal supervision Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
