Location Trivandrum Kochi Thrissur Experience 3 years in Operations preferably in Hostel Hotel Co-living or Property Management sectors Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hostel property operations ensuring smooth check-in check-out and excellent tenant experience Recruit train and manage staff including housekeeping maintenance and front desk teams Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness hygiene and safety standards are maintained Act as a liaison between tenants hostel management and institutes ensuring smooth communication Handle tenant inquiries complaints and escalations promptly and professionally Coordinate with vendors for hostel supplies food and maintenance services Manage rent collection follow up on pending dues and maintain occupancy records Prepare monthly reports cost estimates and Profit Loss P L statements Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency Enforce hostel policies rules and safety protocols to ensure discipline and security Handle emergency situations such as medical issues fire hazards or security concerns effectively Develop and maintain vendor and service provider relationships Assist in budgeting forecasting and planning operational expenses Work with internal teams sales marketing finance to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Hospitality Business Administration or related field 3 years of experience in hostel hotel or property operations Strong leadership problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and team management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools software Ability to multitask work under pressure and handle escalations effectively Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
