Job Purpose To oversee and manage the overall security safety and facility operations at the waste management plant ensuring the infrastructure is functional secure compliant and supportive of operational efficiency The role includes managing physical security access control facility maintenance contractor coordination emergency response and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities 1 Security Management Develop and implement site-specific security protocols and emergency response plans Supervise and manage a team of security personnel internal or outsourced Ensure 24 7 surveillance and patrolling of the premises Monitor and maintain access control systems CCTV biometrics entry exit logs Respond to security incidents conduct investigations and implement corrective actions Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed Maintain up-to-date incident logs and reports 2 Facility Management Manage day-to-day maintenance of buildings plant infrastructure and utility systems Schedule and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of facility assets Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained across the site Monitor waste handling areas for structural integrity fire safety and hygiene 3 Compliance Safety Ensure compliance with local regulations related to security facility fire safety and waste handling Conduct periodic audits and inspections of safety Support HSE Health Safety Environment officers in conducting safety drills and risk assessments 4 Budgeting Reporting Prepare budgets for security and facility operations including equipment procurement and manpower Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities Submit periodic reports to senior management on facility status incidents and improvement plans 5 Stakeholder Management Manage vendor performance and enforce SLAs Service Level Agreements Train and sensitize staff and workers on security and facility protocols Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Work Location In person
