Role Summary We are looking for a Program Operations Manager to support the effective implementation of our lighthouse programs by managing documentation reporting internal coordination and team support functions The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented organized and proactive with strong communication and analytical skills This role is critical in ensuring LH program efficiency and capturing both qualitative and quantitative insights that inform decision-making Key Responsibilities Documentation Reporting Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of program activities internal meetings and field updates Draft review and share regular program reports monthly quarterly and annual with internal and external stakeholders Prepare presentations summaries and case studies to showcase program impact Team Support HR Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for team-related operational and HR concerns Coordinate with the HR team on matters related to leave tracking onboarding and team well-being Facilitate team meetings and learning sessions Internal Coordination Communication Act as a bridge between LH teams leadership and support functions to ensure smooth communication flow Follow up on action items and decisions taken in internal meetings Assist in documenting team reviews partner meetings and field visits Act as a reliable point of contact for the Director - Lighthouse Program assisting and collaborating on communication information dissemination and coordination Provide research and materials as needed for program planning and implementation-related meetings and engagements Review program dashboards highlight the trends and insights to ensure smooth delivery of program impact across Lighthouses and at individual centers Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Social Work Development Studies Public Policy or any relevant discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in program operations or related roles in the development non-profit sector Ability to collaborate with others to find solutions Strong documentation reporting and written communication skills in English Ability to handle HR-related coordination and team engagement sensitively and professionally Comfort with handling data Excel Google Sheets and basic data analysis Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines Robust interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with field teams partners and leadership How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief statement of interest to careers lighthousecommunities org Job Type Full-time Pay 700 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
