Job Title Accountant Location Thrissur Kerala Job Type Full-time Industry Jewellery - Retail Wholesale Joining Immediate Salary 14 000 - 20 000 per month based on experience About AGN Gold Diamonds Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Thrissur AGN Gold Diamonds is a growing jewellery brand with a strong presence in both retail and wholesale markets We specialize in 22K gold 18K minimalist collections and 92 5 Hallmark Italian silver jewellery With a manufacturing unit in Coimbatore and retail showrooms in Thrissur our brand has earned a reputation for lightweight elegance and quality craftsmanship As part of our scale-up journey we are inviting energetic professionals to join our close-knit and high-performance team Role Overview We are hiring a full-time Accountant to support the financial operations at our Thrissur head office The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records ensuring tax compliance assisting with audits and supporting the senior finance team in everyday accounting and documentation work Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounts and ledger entries in Tally or equivalent software Handle purchase entries sales billing stock register and reconciliations Generate GST reports and assist in filing GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc Maintain proper documentation of invoices purchase bills and vouchers Assist with monthly closing reporting and preparing MIS reports Support external audits and ensure proper compliance Monitor petty cash and bank transaction entries Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment and invoicing Communicate with the senior finance team for cross-verification of reports Eligibility Qualifications Experience 1-3 years of experience in accounting preferably in jewellery retail sector Education B Com M Com or equivalent with accounting background Software Skills Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and basic GST utilities Language Malayalam English Hindi is an added advantage Other Should be willing to join immediately candidates from Thrissur will be preferred Work Schedule Day Shift Fixed Timings 6-Day Work Week Location Thrissur showroom Samarth Arcade Near Puthenpally Church Amala Street Benefits Timely salary Performance-based incentives Learning mentorship from experienced team Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding jewellery brand Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
