Description Experience 5-8 Years Only Roles Responsibilities Job Summary The Oracle EPM Resource is responsible for implementing administering and supporting Oracle EPM applications within an organization The role involves configuring the EPM system providing training and support to end users troubleshooting technical issues and continuously improving the EPM workplace Duties and Responsibilities 1 Implementation Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EPM application configurations Configure Oracle EPM applications based on business needs including defining hierarchies dimensions and data mappings 2 System Administration Administer user access and security permissions within the Oracle EPM system Configure system settings including data integrations workflows and automation rules Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as backups and performance tuning Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to system functionality or data integrity 3 Training and Support Conduct training sessions for end users on Oracle EPM applications functionalities and best practices Provide ongoing support and assistance to users addressing their questions issues and requests Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate self-service and knowledge transfer Stay updated with new features and enhancements in Oracle EPM applications and educate users accordingly 4 Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle EPM applications Collaborate with Oracle support or other relevant teams to resolve complex system problems Implement fixes or workarounds to address system issues and minimize downtime 5 Continuous Improvement Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization automation and efficiency gains Work with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and improvements to maximize system effectiveness Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging Oracle EPM capabilities to drive organizational performance Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM applications Strong understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes Proficiency in configuring Oracle EPM applications such as Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service PBCS or Oracle Hyperion Planning Knowledge of data integration methods such as Oracle Data Management FDMEE or Oracle Data Integrator ODI Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting FR or Oracle Smart View Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in
