Experience Required 4 to 7 years of experience in Redwood Administration As a Redwood Application Administrator you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Redwood applications to support business processes and application requirements You will work closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the Redwood platform Roles and Responsibilities Set up and configure Redwood RunMyFinance servers including installation of Redwood Agents and integration with Schneider ERPs Maintain and enhance custom Java-based solutions within Redwood Upgrade and maintain custom programs to support evolving finance processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Redwood configurations and integrations Manage batch job scheduling in Redwood based on client requirements and dependencies Monitor and manage scheduled jobs ensuring successful execution and timely issue resolution Perform system upgrades patches and performance optimization Conduct end-user training for new deployments and features Ensure proper archival of Redwood processes and components in line with organizational policies Promote chains and processes across Redwood environments maintaining consistency and integrity Perform daily system health checks and cleanup activities to maintain system performance Monitor and resolve priority incidents and tickets raised by end users ensuring SLA compliance Use ServiceNow for ticket management and resolution tracking Public Apply expertise in REL expressions for Redwood process configurations Primary Secondary Skillsets Strong understanding of Redwood Finance Automation including platform setup interfaces and connectors Proficiency in Java for maintaining custom Redwood solutions Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Familiarity with Redwood workplace promotion and system health monitoring Qualifications Btech Schedule Full-time Req 009AZM
