closely with design teams to implementing and maintaining design systems for modern web applications and translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive user interfaces using modern CSS coordinate with your team Collaborate closely with designers and product teams Ensure consistency and accessibility across all user interfaces Optimize front-end performance and user experience Contribute to front-end architecture and best practices Basic Qualifications 5 years of experience working in web technologies 3 years of experience implementing design systems and component libraries 3 years delivering quality front-end code without oversight Strong proficiency with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS frameworks Experience working with Figma and translating designs to code Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks React Vue Angular Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Preferred Skills Comfortable with design tokens and design system architecture Knowledge of CSS-in-JS libraries and styled components Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions Detailed knowledge of git and modern development workflows Comfortable working in scrum teams Strong verbal communication skills and design critique abilities Experience with performance optimization and
