Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reports Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records Audit Compliance Support statutory audits internal audits and tax audits Coordinate with external auditors and resolve audit queries Maintain compliance with local laws GST income tax TDS etc Taxation Prepare and file GST returns TDS returns and income tax filings Handle assessments and liaise with tax authorities Assist in tax planning and strategy Budgeting Forecasting Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts Monitor budget vs actuals and highlight deviations Accounts Payable Receivable General Ledger Oversee daily accounting operations including AP AR and GL Reconcile bank statements vendor accounts and customer ledgers Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in financial processes Ensure adherence to internal controls and company SOPs Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant CA 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting audit taxation or financial reporting Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards Companies Act GST and Income Tax Experience with accounting software e g Tally Zoho Excellent MS Excel and financial modeling skills Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
