We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused skilled to join our team as a Tally Sales and Support Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Tally software products handling customer queries providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Sales Promote and sell Tally software products TallyPrime Add-ons TSS etc Generate leads through cold calls emails social media and field visits Conduct product demos and presentations for clients Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals Support Provide technical and functional support for Tally products to clients via phone email or remote access Handle software installation activation updates and troubleshooting Train users on Tally features and usage Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided Required Skills Strong knowledge of Tally software especially TallyPrime Basic understanding of accounting and GST principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving ability and technical aptitude Sales-oriented mindset with customer service attitude Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support tools TeamViewer AnyDesk etc is a plus Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration IT or related fields Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Tally sales or support role Tally certification if any will be an added advantage Benefits Attractive incentives on sales targets Professional training and skill development Opportunity to grow in a stable and reputed company Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 543 28 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Sales 1 year Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
