HVAC Project Site Engineer Responsibilities Project Planning Management Coordinate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans for HVAC systems Review HVAC system designs and drawings to ensure they meet the project requirements Prepare and manage project schedules ensuring timely completion of milestones Site Supervision Oversee the installation of HVAC systems including ductwork piping and equipment Ensure all work is performed according to the project s specifications industry standards and safety regulations Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work Technical Support Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HVAC systems on-site Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems post-installation through testing and commissioning Coordination with Stakeholders Liaise with contractors suppliers and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution Coordinate with other trades electrical plumbing etc to avoid conflicts and ensure integrated system performance Attend project meetings to provide updates and address any HVAC-related concerns Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of installation processes inspections and any modifications made on-site Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements Compliance Safety Ensure that all HVAC installations comply with local codes standards and environmental regulations Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proven experience as an HVAC engineer or in a similar role preferably in a construction environment In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems installation processes and relevant codes and standards Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in relevant software e g AutoCAD HVAC design tools Skills Project management Technical troubleshooting Leadership and teamwork Time management Effective communication Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience 5G 8 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
