Qualifications A bachelor s degree in computer science software engineering or a related discipline An advanced degree e g MS is preferred but not required Experience is the most relevant factor Excellent software engineering and product architecture design foundation with deep understanding of Business Context Diagrams BCD sequence activity state ER DFD diagrams OOP OOD data-structures algorithms code instrumentations etc 10 years proven experience with industry-leading business intelligence tools like Tableau SAP BOE Power BI and Qlik including add-on products for data and server management 5 years of experience with cloud-native data and analytics platforms on Azure AWS or GCP 3 years of experience with AI ML and GenAI is preferred Deep understanding of methodologies tools like XP Lean SAFe DevSecOps SRE ADO GitHub SonarQube etc to deliver high quality products rapidly Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle diverse situations complex projects and changing priorities behaving with passion empathy and care Strong SQL skills with experience in stored procedures triggers functions and designing tables views proficiency with advanced MS Excel including PivotTables Word and PowerPoint Experience with ETL tools e g Alteryx Informatica SAP SLT SAP BODS and working with both structured and unstructured data familiarity with R Python for data preparation and integration is a plus Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives maintaining a constant awareness of project milestones client needs and long-term
