Job Title Hotels Holiday Packages Executive Location Ghitorni New Delhi Company Aertrip Department Holidays Leisure Travel Experience 2-5 years Employment Type Full-time Job Summary Aertrip is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Packages Executive to join our team in Ghitorni New Delhi The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and managing customized domestic and international travel packages with a strong command over destinations across India Asia and Europe Key Responsibilities Design and sell personalized holiday packages for leisure and corporate clients Recommend ideal hotels activities and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets Manage hotel bookings sightseeing tours transfers travel insurance and visa support as needed Liaise with DMCs hotel partners and vendors to ensure best rates and quality service Handle customer queries professionally via phone email and WhatsApp Stay up to date with destination trends visa rules and seasonal offers Generate travel quotations maintain cost sheets and follow up for closures Resolve issues related to travel plans cancellations or changes efficiently Destinations of Expertise India Goa Kashmir Kerala Himachal Pradesh Uttarakhand Asia UAE Thailand Bali Vietnam Europe Multi-country packages sightseeing planning and Schengen visa awareness Required Skills Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in holiday travel package sales and hotel bookings Strong knowledge of destination-specific travel planning for India Asia and Europe Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office email drafting and basic travel software Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Tourism Hospitality or a related field Experience with online travel agencies OTAs tour operators or B2B platforms Familiarity with CRM or DMC systems is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
