School Coordinator Role Overview The School Coordinator is responsible for managing academic and administrative operations across all grades ensuring smooth communication between teachers students and parents The role involves curriculum planning event coordination teacher supervision and supporting the principal in implementing school policies and programs Key Responsibilities 1 Academic Coordination Assist in curriculum planning timetable creation and lesson implementation Monitor teachers lesson plans teaching quality and assessment schedules Organize and oversee internal assessments exams and result analysis 2 Teacher Staff Management Act as a link between the principal and teaching staff Organize teacher training programs workshops and staff meetings Support teachers with resource planning and classroom management 3 Student Development Monitor student progress discipline and participation in academics and activities Coordinate remedial classes and enrichment programs Counsel students for better academic performance and holistic development 4 Communication Events Organize school events competitions assemblies and cultural programs Maintain effective communication with parents and address their queries Support principal in preparing reports and presentations for management 5 Administrative Support Oversee daily school operations and ensure adherence to policies Manage documentation related to academics attendance and activities Assist in audits inspections and compliance with education boards Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s degree with B Ed or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with 1-2 years in a coordination leadership role Knowledge of modern teaching practices school administration and academic planning Key Skills Robust organizational and leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage teachers students and parents effectively Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
