Job Summary The Senior Manager - Business HR will serve as a strategic partner to the business ensuring that HR strategies align with the company s overall business goals The role involves overseeing HR functions such as talent management employee relations organizational development performance management and workforce planning The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations and a deep understanding of business processes to drive strategic HR initiatives Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives Provide HR expertise and advice to senior management ensuring the HR perspective is integrated into business decisions Talent Management Lead talent acquisition efforts for critical roles within the business unit ensuring alignment with long-term workforce planning Manage the talent development process including succession planning leadership development and employee career progression Employee Relations Engagement Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues including conflict resolution employee grievances and disciplinary actions Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture Performance Management Oversee the performance appraisal process providing guidance to managers on goal setting feedback and performance improvement plans Ensure consistent application of performance management policies across the organization Organizational Development Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead initiatives for enhancing business performance through effective HR solutions Drive change management processes to support business growth restructuring and culture change Compliance Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations including labor laws employment standards and health and safety guidelines Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirements HR Metrics Reporting Track and report on key HR metrics such as employee turnover retention and performance to ensure data-driven decision-making Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders based on HR analytics Learning Development Identify training needs within the business unit and collaborate with the Learning Development team to design and implement relevant programs Promote a culture of continuous learning and upskilling Job Type Full time Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person
