Key Responsibilities Quality Management System Establish implement and maintain ISO 9001 2015 QMS and related documentation Plan and conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits Monitor and review quality objectives and targets regularly Incoming In-Process Final Inspection Ensure systematic inspection and testing of incoming materials in-process production and finished goods Address non-conformance issues promptly and initiate corrective actions Process Improvement Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rejections Implement quality control plans and SOPs for key processes Supplier Quality Management Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues Conduct supplier audits and evaluations periodically Customer Complaint Management Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain records of complaints and actions taken Team Management Lead and develop the quality team ensuring transparent allocation of responsibilities and regular skill development Foster a culture of quality within the organization Calibration Equipment Maintenance Ensure regular calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment Maintain records as per ISO requirements Reporting Prepare and submit monthly quality reports and analysis to management Track quality KPIs such as rejection rates customer complaints and inspection results Qualification Experience B Sc B Tech Diploma in Engineering or equivalent 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management in manufacturing stationery plastics packaging preferred Knowledge of ISO 9001 2015 implementation and auditing Familiarity with QC tools SPC and process control techniques Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 08 08 2025 Expected Start Date 09 08 2025
