Job Title Software Developer and Technical Specialist Department IT Software Development Summary This role requires a highly adaptable and skilled individual to handle diverse tasks ranging from software development and database management to graphic design and website maintenance The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new software modifying existing applications generating reports and managing various databases This position also includes graphic design tasks and requires strong problem-solving communication and time management skills The ability to handle frequent shifts in tasks and priorities is essential Responsibilities Software Development Develop test and maintain various software applications including but not limited to Stationery Software IT Equipment Allotment Software Staff Welfare Software and Traveling Expense Software This includes writing code debugging and implementing new features Database Management Design create and manage databases including the D C Database Cover Letter Database Complaint Management Database Prashashak Database and BOD Mtg Database Write and optimize queries and ensure data integrity and security Report Generation Create various reports from databases and software including item-department summary reports cost spend on equipment reports cross-tab reports and average reports Ensure reports are accurate clear and meet the needs of stakeholders Graphic Design and Document Creation Design and create materials such as MCP cards Avhaan magazine layouts booklets and backdrops Utilize graphic design software and principles to produce high-quality content Website Maintenance Update and maintain website content including articles images and career pages Ensure websites are functional current and aligned with organizational needs Technical Support and Problem-Solving Address bugs and technical issues related to software and databases Provide solutions and support to various stakeholders Research and Development Research and implement solutions to technical challenges including file format management and software compatibility Training Assist with training of new software and processes as needed Ad Hoc Tasks Perform various other tasks and duties as assigned by the management Skills Technical Skills Proficiency in software development principles and various programming languages including but not limited to C NET Python Expertise in database management systems including design querying and maintenance including but not limited to MS-SQL MongoDB NoSQL Robust skills in report generation data analysis and presentation Proficiency in graphic design software and principles Adobe Photoshop Canva Basic understanding of web development and content management systems Ability to manage different file formats and convert between them as needed Soft Skills Adaptability and Flexibility Ability to handle frequent changes in tasks and priorities Time Management and Organization Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines Communication Skills Effective communication to understand requirements and explain technical issues Problem-Solving Ability to address bugs find solutions to challenges and adapt to changing instructions Attention to Detail Ability to follow specific instructions and produce detailed work Research Skills Ability to research and identify solutions to various technical problems Experience Experience in software development and database management Experience with graphic design and document creation Experience with website maintenance and content management Experience in technical support and problem-solving Reporting The employee will report to the IT Manager or other designated supervisor Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
