Role Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Designer to build and strengthen our brand s presence across social media platforms The role focuses on visual storytelling consistent brand identity and engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and supports business goals You will work closely with marketing content and leadership teams to translate brand values into compelling social media visuals and campaigns Key Responsibilities Design visually engaging content for social media platforms Instagram LinkedIn Facebook X YouTube etc Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints Create social media creatives including posts stories reels covers carousels banners and thumbnails Translate marketing briefs and content ideas into strong visual concepts Collaborate with content writers and marketers to align visuals with messaging and campaigns Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency Stay updated with social media trends design styles and platform best practices Build and manage brand templates style guides and design systems Support branding requirements for digital ads campaigns and promotions Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Brand Designer Graphic Designer or Social Media Designer Solid portfolio demonstrating social media and brand design work Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma or Canva Strong understanding of branding typography color theory and layout Knowledge of social media formats dimensions and engagement-driven design Ability to think creatively while aligning with brand strategy Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Good to Have Experience with motion graphics reels or short-form video design Basic understanding of marketing content strategy or performance metrics Experience working with startups D2C brands or digital-first businesses What We Offer Opportunity to shape and grow a brand s digital identity Creative freedom and ownership of social media branding Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience Graphic design 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
